Acute Illnesses

In the case of an acute illness such as ear infections, fever, teething, stings, bites, falls etc where a remedy has been prescribed a fee of £10 will be applicable with a short 5 minute telephone call.

A further £5 will be applicable for every fifteen minutes thereafter. Longer telephone consultations can be arranged at a time suitable for both parties.

For repeat prescriptions outside of the consultation a fee of £5 will be incurred.
